Bill Street has been appointed as the new CEO of J O Hambro Capital Management, pending regulatory approval. Street assumed the role on September 8th as part of a strategic move by parent company Perpetual Limited to strengthen senior leadership for growth. With over 34 years in investment management, Street has held key positions at firms like State Street Global Advisors and J.P. Morgan. Former CEO Clare Forster will aid in Street’s transition while maintaining her roles on the executive committee and group entity board. JOHCM, based in London and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, manages assets worth £17bn as of June 30, 2025, offering various global and regional equity strategies. The recent addition of Roshni Bolton as a fund manager and Jack Gater as an analyst to the Global Emerging Markets Opportunities team enhances JOHCM’s existing team, which includes senior fund managers James Syme, Paul Wimborne, and Ada Chan.
