News Corp. announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of about 14.07 million shares of its Class B common stock at $32.45 per share. The proceeds from the offering will go to trusts established for the benefit of Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch, James Murdoch, and charitable organizations. The company itself is not selling any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds. Morgan Stanley is the sole underwriter for the offering.
