Hewlett Packard Hopes Time Is on Its Side With Juniper

From Wall Street Journal:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise, no longer considered “big tech,” has announced a $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks. This confirms an earlier report from The Wall Street Journal and includes $40 a share in cash for Juniper shareholders, a 32% increase from the stock’s last closing price. This acquisition is the highest price Juniper’s shares have reached in over a decade. This deal is their biggest move yet as the corporate-tech half of the once mighty HP empire.
