Bessor Minerals Inc. announced the acquisition of the Jagrite Graphite Project near Bella Coola, BC. The project covers 139.4 hectares and has graphite occurrences in bedrock over a 400 X 400 meter area. The terms of the acquisition include cash payments totaling Cad$70,000 and issuing 2,000,000 common shares to the Vendor. CEO Jason Riley expressed excitement about adding the project to their portfolio for further exploration.
