Potbelly is set to be acquired by RaceTrac in a $566 million deal, closing later this year. Potbelly has 445 locations nationwide, known for its sandwiches. RaceTrac, a retailer with 800+ gas stations, will purchase all outstanding Potbelly shares at $17.12 each. RaceTrac CEO looks forward to expanding brands. Potbelly aims to grow to 2,000 locations.
