Bill Sperry, Chief Financial Officer of Hubbell Inc., will retire on December 31, 2025, after 17 years of service. Joseph Capozzoli, currently VP of Finance for the Electrical Solutions segment, will take over as CFO on January 1, 2026. Sperry will assist with the transition throughout 2025 and remain as Executive VP in 2026. Capozzoli joined Hubbell in 2013 and has held various leadership roles. He brings over 15 years of experience in multinational corporations. The company expressed confidence in Capozzoli’s ability to succeed in his new role.
