GFN Thursday: GeForce NOW News at CES

From NVIDIA:

CES 2024 announcements about Day Pass memberships, Cloud G-SYNC technology, expanded NVIDIA Reflex support, and new games are recapped in GFN Thursday. Members can look forward to new cloud adventures, including top titles from Blizzard, Capcom, and others. Plus, new games are joining the cloud this week for a fresh gaming experience.

GeForce NOW members can anticipate day passes for Ultimate and Priority memberships in February, offering up to 24 hours of gaming at GeForce RTX 4080 quality. Cloud G-SYNC support and new frame rate options make cloud gaming experiences almost indistinguishable from using a local PC. Smartphone gaming is getting a boost with Ultimate members able to turn their phones into portable gaming rigs.

Japan is the next destination for GeForce NOW expansion, operating with KDDI to bring Ultimate performance gaming to gamers across the country. Blizzard Entertainment’s latest games, Diablo IV and Overwatch 2, are coming to GeForce NOW. Members will have the power of a GeForce RTX 4080 rig in the cloud and will be able to play with Battle.net support coming soon.

Other top titles are also heading to GeForce NOW, including Honkai: Star Rail from miHoYo and Pax Dei from Mainframe Industries. Plus, Capcom is bringing Exoprimal, an online, team-based action game featuring dinosaurs to the cloud. High performance gaming is on the horizon for Ultimate members, with streaming at up to 4k resolution and 120 fps with support for NVIDIA DLSS and Reflex technology.

New games are joining the GeForce NOW library this week, including War Hospital, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, Jected – Rivals, and more. These games will offer a new gaming experience for members.
