Workers at Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Missouri have reached a tentative agreement with the company after being on strike since August. The five-year deal includes improved wages and a signing bonus for union members who largely assemble F-15 fighter jets and missile systems. Specific details of the agreement are pending until the union votes on Friday. Boeing hired replacement workers earlier this month to meet demand during the strike. The strike was the first in almost 30 years, with over 3,000 workers participating. CEO Kelly Ortberg expressed confidence in managing the effects of the strike during an earnings call in July.
