The company has set statutory participation reporting thresholds at 3% and 7.5% of the total voting rights, in addition to the legal thresholds of 5% and multiples of 5%. All individuals or entities holding shares in Syensqo must notify the company and FSMA if their voting rights reach, exceed, or drop below these thresholds.
