Alamos Gold Inc. has agreed to sell its Turkish subsidiary, which owns three projects, to Tmad for $470 million. The purchase price will be paid in three installments, with Alamos using the proceeds to reduce debt. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, pending regulatory approval.
