Soybean futures saw fractional losses Monday AM after posting gains last week. Cash bean prices rose to $9.70 1/4. Soymeal futures also increased, with soy oil futures closing higher. The CFTC reported managed money shifting to a net short position. The Crop Production report showed a slight yield cut but production up. World soybean stocks decreased. NOPA data for August crush was awaited. Sep 25 Soybeans closed at $10.25 3/4, up 20 1/4 cents. Nov 25 Soybeans closed at $10.46 1/4, up 12 3/4 cents. Jan 26 Soybeans closed at $10.65 1/4, up 12 3/4 cents.
