FirstService Corporation announced the acquisition of Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal and A-1 All American Roofing Co., expanding RCA’s presence in Florida and California. Terms were not disclosed, but existing management teams retain minority equity interests. Springer-Peterson, founded in 1982 in Lakeland, Florida, serves commercial customers in Central Florida. A-1 All American, established in 1996 in San Diego, is a commercial roofing contractor along the California coast. CEO Randy Korach is excited about the opportunities these acquisitions bring to RCA.
