Cybersecurity firm Netskope aims for a $7.26 billion valuation in its U.S. IPO, raising its price range. The company plans to sell 47.8 million shares priced between $17 and $19 each, looking to raise up to $908.2 million. Netskope competes in the SASE market against industry giants like Broadcom and Cisco.

Founded in 2012, Netskope develops cloud-based security software to protect businesses from cyber threats. With a net loss of $170 million on revenue of $328 million in the first half of 2025, the company aims to secure a strong market position. Netskope will list on the Nasdaq under the “NTSK” symbol, with Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan as lead underwriters.
