The 7038 STR offers liquid-cooled thermal management up to 1.4 kW per test site, supporting complex and power-hungry devices. It also features asynchronous test capability for up to 48 sites and eliminates the need for multiple components from different suppliers. The system is ideal for mid- to low-volume production environments and is fully compatible with Advantest’s ATS ActivATE360™ software.
