The restated revenue from activities grew to €83.7 million in the first half of 2025, up €3.2 million from the previous year. The increase was driven by a strong performance in the Container activity. Despite a decrease in net profit compared to June 2024, excluding non-recurring items, the Group showed positive growth.

Revenue from the Containers division increased by €6.2 million, reaching €40.3 million in June 2025. The owned activity also saw growth, with revenue amounting to €34.3 million. The management activity increased by €1.4 million, reflecting a growing interest in intermodal logistic assets. Ancillary services and sales of owned equipment also contributed to the revenue growth.

Operating EBITDA for the Containers division saw a significant increase of €3.9 million (+55.3%) in the first half of 2025. This improvement was driven by growth in the new built containers trading activity and cost management. The overall operating EBITDA for the Group increased by €0.5 million (+1.7%), reaching €30.5 million.

Despite challenges in the rail freight market and geopolitical uncertainties, TOUAX remains optimistic about the future.
