Dimon urged businesses to help address San Francisco’s housing crisis, noting that lack of affordable housing hinders companies from hiring. Despite NYC’s high housing costs, there are plans to create more housing units. Both cities are struggling with empty office spaces, a problem that Mayor Adams of New York is trying to address by converting some into housing. Dimon warned against excessive taxes as a solution to these problems.
