Oracle announced Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs, replacing Safra Catz after her 11-year tenure. Magouyrk, 39, a key figure in Oracle’s cloud infrastructure, will receive stock options worth $250 million. Sicilia, 54, with philanthropic ties, will get stock options worth $100 million. Catz remains vice chair of the board.
