The Notes will bear interest rates of 3.700% and 4.526% per annum, respectively. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and repayment of outstanding debt. The offering is expected to close on September 24, 2025, and is led by a syndicate of agents including BMO Capital Markets, CIBC Capital Markets, and others. The Notes are guaranteed by Brookfield Infrastructure and key subsidiaries, and are offered under a base shelf prospectus.
