JPMorgan Chase strengthens its mid-cap investment banking team by hiring three senior bankers, Rohan Juneja, Ryan Lake, and Lauren Vitale. The team, with over 250 bankers, focuses on mid-sized companies and investors, closing more than 175 deals since 2025 amidst market volatility. Juneja, previously with Jefferies, will cover media and communications in New York, while Lake, from Arlington Capital Advisors, will focus on beverage companies in Phoenix. Vitale, from Lincoln International, will concentrate on education and business services in Chicago. JPMorgan aims to provide tailored solutions to mid-cap clients and recently beat estimates with a 7% rise in investment banking fees to $2.5 billion in the second quarter.
