Vranken-Pommery Monopole is in exclusive negotiations with Lanson-BCC for the sale of Heidsieck & Co Monopole. The agreement is subject to approval from both companies’ Boards of Directors and is expected to be signed on October 1, 2025. Vranken-Pommery Monopole manages 2,600 hectares of vineyards in Champagne, Provence, Camargue, and Douro, with a strong focus on sustainable viticulture and environmental preservation. Lanson-BCC is a group of eight Champagne houses known for their quality wines and international distribution. The deal includes the sale of Heidsieck & Co Monopole, a prestigious Champagne brand.
