Cipher Mining Inc. has secured a 10-year high-performance computing colocation agreement with Fluidstack, generating approximately $3 billion in revenue. The agreement includes the delivery of 168 MW of critical IT load by September 2026, with the potential for $7 billion in total contract revenue if extension options are exercised. Google will backstop $1.4 billion of Fluidstack’s obligations and receive a 5.4% equity stake in Cipher. This deal establishes Cipher as a major AI data center developer with a 2.4 GW pipeline.
