JPMorgan Chase & Co. downgraded Bitcoin miner CleanSpark Inc. to ‘neutral’, citing stock as ‘fully priced’ after its expansion to 50 exahashes per second. CleanSpark is now the 7th largest Bitcoin mining company with a market cap of $3.64 billion.

CleanSpark’s stock closed at $13.68, up 80% in six months. The company has shown a revenue increase of nearly 38.76% in the last year, with a quick ratio of 4.37. Technical indicators suggest an overbought position for the stock.

JPMorgan calls CleanSpark a top operator but downgraded due to valuation concerns. CleanSpark raised its Bitcoin-backed credit facility with Coinbase Prime by $100 million to $400 million for energy projects and mining expansion. Leadership changes were also announced.

Thumzup Media Corporation plans to enter Dogecoin mining pending shareholder approval. The company may acquire DogeHash Technologies and install 2,500 rigs. Thumzup’s stock plummeted by almost 45% upon the DogeHash announcement.
