Disney’s free speech lawsuit against Ron DeSantis gets a boost from appeals court ruling in a separate case

Disney files lawsuit intending to overturn the governor’s control of the governing district of Walt Disney World in Orlando. The company claims its First Amendment rights were violated in retaliation for opposing the so-called Don’t Say Gay law. Meanwhile, legal filings regarding former prosecutor Andrew Warren’s suspension continue, with the 11th Circuit court ordering DeSantis’ attorneys to respond by Wednesday.
