Engineering consultancy service income was S$1.1 million, while rental income was S$5.9 million. Cost of revenue was S$28.8 million, leading to a gross profit of S$8.9 million.
Operating costs remained stable, with selling and distribution expenses at S$0.3 million and general and administrative expenses at S$5.7 million. Net income for the period was S$2.4 million, with basic and diluted income per share at S$0.09. Cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2025, were S$5.2 million.
