Once Upon a Farm, an organic baby food manufacturer, has filed for an IPO in the US, seeking a listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol OFRM. Founded in 2015, the company offers a variety of baby and children’s foods sold in major US retailers. While it raised $52m in funding in 2022, it is still operating at a loss. In 2024, sales revenue reached $156.8m, with significant growth in the first half of 2025. Challenges outlined in the IPO filing include geopolitical and economic instability affecting the supply chain. All products are organic, non-GMO, and free from added sugar and artificial ingredients.
