Lanson-BCC’s €50m offer to buy Heidsieck & Co. Monopole has been accepted by Vranken-Pommery. The acquisition, effective from January, includes the brand’s historic vintages. Vranken-Pommery aims to refocus on Champagne Pommery & Greno, with Lanson-BCC’s offer deemed more attractive. Compagnie Vranken will not acquire Heidsieck & Co. but will buy Champagne stocks. The purchase aims to reduce debt and give Maison Burtin Champagne its own identity. Vranken-Pommery will change its name to Maison Pommery & Associés in January 2026.
