Vistra has received regulatory approval from FERC for its acquisition of seven natural gas generation facilities from Lotus Infrastructure Partners. The deal is expected to close this quarter or in Q1 2026. The waiting period under HSR has expired, but approval from the New York Public Service Commission is still pending.
