CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) surged 11.7% on Tuesday, closing at $136.85 after securing a $14 billion deal with Meta Platforms Inc. Meta committed to pay $14.2 billion for computing power, with an option to extend the contract through 2032. CoreWeave also inked a $6.5 billion deal with OpenAI.
In March and May 2025, CoreWeave announced deals with OpenAI totaling $22.4 billion. Last month, they pledged £1.5 billion to UK AI innovation, launching CoreWeave Ventures to support AI ecosystem development. While CRWV shows promise, other AI stocks may offer higher returns and lower risk.
