Allworth Financial acquired an $850 million RIA in Norwood, Mass., expanding its assets under management to over $31 billion. Shorepoint Capital Partners’ 10-person team, including co-founders Tim Vanech and Luis Raposo, will join Allworth.

Carson Group acquired Shilanski & Associates, a firm based in Alaska managing $436 million in assets. The Shilanski team, including founders Floyd and Rosa Shilanski, will continue serving clients under Carson Wealth, marking Carson’s first office in Alaska.

Moneta Group welcomed three new partners from Aveo Capital Partners to its Denver office, collectively managing $262 million in client assets. The move strengthens Moneta’s presence in Denver and aligns with its strategy of expanding into new markets while deepening local expertise.

Savant Wealth acquired Gryphon Advisors, bringing in $557 million in client assets. Douglas Close and a team of six will join Savant as member-owners, expanding Savant’s offerings to high-net-worth clients while maintaining a comprehensive planning experience.

Cerity Partners purchased Oak Hill Wealth Advisors, a wealth manager in Lansdowne, Va., with $603 million under advisement. This move will enhance Cerity’s presence in the Washington, D.C. area and provide clients with expanded resources for generational wealth planning and investments.
