The Ether Machine is an Ethereum yield and infrastructure company formed through a business combination with Dynamix Corporation. It will offer ETH-denominated returns through staking and DeFi participation, with a focus on institutional management and scale.

Andrew Keys, Co-Founder of The Ether Machine, is a pioneer in Ethereum’s institutional adoption. He previously co-founded DARMA Capital and played a key role in positioning Ethereum for enterprise and government innovation. Keys also co-founded the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance in 2017.

Keys began his career in technology equities analysis at UBS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Loyola University Maryland and has been a prominent figure in blockchain technology for nearly a decade.
