Getty Realty has acquired 12 convenience stores in Houston, Texas for $100m from Now & Forever. The properties are on major retail corridors, averaging over 8,000ft² each. Getty Realty signed a 15-year lease with Now & Forever’s subsidiary, with rent increases every five years. The company’s portfolio includes 1,137 properties across 44 US states. In 2025, Getty Realty invested $233m in retail assets and reported net earnings per share of $0.24 in Q2. President and CEO Christopher J Constant is optimistic about the company’s growth and financial outlook.
