Abacus Global Management has acquired AccuQuote, an online life insurance brokerage service. The goal is to combine AccuQuote’s digital distribution capabilities with Abacus’ financial planning expertise. The acquisition aims to enhance the financial services platform and provide more insurance options for customers. By integrating AccuQuote’s platform, Abacus hopes to better meet clients’ needs throughout their financial life cycle. AccuQuote has helped nearly 350,000 families secure life insurance, totaling $156bn in policy benefits and $340m in premiums. Joining Abacus will allow AccuQuote to expand its impact in the insurance marketplace and connect insurance solutions to broader wealth strategies.
