US restaurant chain Wingstop is expanding in Canada with three new outlets in Calgary in 2026, part of its strategy with JPK Capital. Known for chicken wings, Wingstop operates globally with $4.8bn in sales. The upcoming Calgary locations, including one at CF Chinook Centre, will target gen-Z consumers with a modern design. In Q1 2025, Wingstop’s revenue surged to $171.1m, with net income up 221% to $92.3m. Adjusted net income was $28.3m, and the brand recently opened a new bar in NYC dedicated to chicken tenders.
