In early trading, NVIDIA leads as the best-performing Dow component, up 2.0% with a year-to-date gain of 40.6%. On the flip side, Goldman Sachs is the worst performer, down 1.1% but still showing a YTD gain of 36.4%. IBM is down 1.1% while Cisco Systems is up 1.5% today.
