Shares of Technology & Communications companies are leading the market, with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co and Seagate Technology Holdings PLC showing gains of 12.7% and 5.8% respectively. The Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF is up 2.0% for the day and 12.09% year-to-date, with HPE and STX making up 0.5% of its holdings.

The Industrial sector is also performing well, with Lam Research Corp and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd showing gains of 4.9% and 3.2% respectively. The Industrial Select Sector SPDR ETF is up 0.7% for the day and 7.86% year-to-date, with LRCX up 23.79% and NCLH down 8.01% year-to-date.

Five sectors are up on the day, including Technology & Communications and Industrial, while three sectors are down. Healthcare is up 0.7%, Materials up 0.3%, and Services up 0.2%. Financials are down 0.1%, Consumer Products down 0.3%, and Utilities down 0.4%.
