Lisata Therapeutics, Inc. and Catalent, Inc. have entered a global product license agreement to use Lisata’s certepetide in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) developed with Catalent’s SMARTag technology platform.

The agreement gives Catalent non-exclusive rights to develop and commercialize products with certepetide and its analogs, marking a significant step for Lisata’s mission to provide transformative therapies to patients.

Kristen K. Buck, Lisata’s Executive Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer, stated that the collaboration with Catalent highlights certepetide’s broad potential in the ADC space.
