Biogen Inc. and Stoke Therapeutics Inc. shared new data on zorevunersen as a treatment for Dravet syndrome, showing sustained improvements in patients over two years. Results from three-year studies indicated that 95% of patients experienced overall clinical status improvements. Safety and tolerability remained key endpoints, with patients demonstrating reduced seizure frequency and improved cognitive and behavioral measures.
