The S&P 500 and Nasdaq hit record highs amid the ongoing government shutdown. The S&P was up 0.6% and the Nasdaq rose by 1.1%. The Dow remained flat. The 2-year Treasury note yield increased to 3.58% while the 10-year yield reached 4.13%.
