Cotton futures rebounded, closing up 30 to 45 points with December contracts rallying off a new low. The US dollar index rose to $98.560, and crude oil increased by 51 cents per barrel. The Seam reported 2,777 bales sold at an average price of 61.55 cents/lb and ICE cotton stocks remained unchanged on 10/7.
