In September 2025, DFDS ferry freight volumes reached 3.5m lane metres, up 0.8% from 2024. Passenger numbers decreased by 7.4% to 392k, with a YTD growth rate of -4.1%. Despite lower passenger volumes, Baltic Sea saw higher numbers. Over the last 12 months, total freight lane metres increased by 2.3% to 41.7m. Passenger numbers decreased by 14.5% to 5.5m. The October 2025 volume report will be published on 6 November 2025 at around 7.30am CET.
