Kimberly-Clark Corp. reported financial results for the fourth quarter, and initiated guidance for full-year 2024. The company projects high single-digit rate adjusted earnings per share growth and low-to-mid single digit organic sales growth for fiscal 2024. Analysts expect earnings of $7.08 per share on sales growth of 0.80 percent to $20.61 billion for the year.
