Italian luxury fashion house Giorgio Armani appoints Giuseppe Marsocci as new CEO following founder’s death. Marsocci brings over 30 years of industry experience, joining Armani in 2003 and holding various senior roles. He will oversee the company’s transition and planned stake sale. The Italian Competition Authority fined Armani €3.5m for deceptive practices related to ethical claims.
