United Lithium Corp. has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Swedish Minerals AB, forming a Nordic-based strategic-metals explorer. The transaction involves United acquiring 100% of SM shares in exchange for 25,000,000 common shares of United and $450,000 in cash. The deal includes a royalty agreement and changes to United’s board and management. The acquisition aims to support Europe’s clean-energy transition and nuclear-power resurgence. Additionally, United is launching a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2,250,000 through the issuance of units. The Unit Financing is not dependent on the completion of the acquisition.
