Genmab A/S released updated results from its Phase 1/2 RAINFOL-01 clinical trial, showing promising efficacy of rinatabart sesutecan in patients with advanced endometrial cancer. Patients receiving Rina-S achieved a 50.0% objective response rate, with 63.6% maintaining responses at one year. The drug showed benefits regardless of FRa expression levels. The FDA granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation to Rina-S for recurrent or progressive EC. Genmab is continuing to evaluate Rina-S in advanced EC through Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials. These results were presented at the ESMO Congress in Berlin.
