End of Crédit Agricole S.A.’s share

Crédit Agricole S.A. has completed its share repurchase program, purchasing 26,835,641 shares for 322,122,626 euros, in order to offset the dilutive effect of a 2023 capital increase reserved for employees. The impact of this transaction on Crédit Agricole S.A.’s CET1 ratio is -8 basis points, and -5 basis points on Crédit Agricole group’s one. The bank also temporarily suspended its liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux during the program, which will now resume.
