Kuntarahoitus Oyj has announced a 1.5 billion Swedish krona increase in a bond issuance as part of their bond program. The total size of the bond will be 3.5 billion Swedish krona, with an annual interest rate of Stibor plus 150 basis points. The bond will mature on November 1, 2028. The issuance is under the company’s 50 billion euro bond program. Public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Oy’s exchange is expected to begin on October 22, 2025. The bond’s arranger is Swedbank AB (publ).
