Oteis, a consulting and engineering group with over 850 employees, plans to leverage GreenFlex’s expertise to enhance its position in the market. The acquisition will enable Oteis to expand its presence in sustainability and infrastructure consulting, positioning itself as a “Green & Digital” innovator in the French and European markets.
