TotalEnergies has agreed to sell its GreenFlex unit to French firm Oteis, aligning with its strategy to focus on energy production. Oteis, a consulting and engineering group with over 850 employees, plans to leverage GreenFlex’s expertise to enhance its position in the market. TotalEnergies will continue as a major customer through a contract focused on energy efficiency initiatives. The sale is pending approval from competition authorities and employee representatives.

The acquisition will enable Oteis to expand its presence in sustainability and infrastructure consulting, positioning itself as a “Green & Digital” innovator in the French and European markets.
