CorpGov, IPO Edge, and PE Edge will host the fifth annual Palm Beach CorpGov Forum on November 5 and 6, 2025, at Palm Beach Lake Pavilion. The Forum will feature panels and firesides from 1pm to 5pm, followed by networking receptions at The Cove Club West Palm on Nov. 5 and Cucina Palm Beach on Nov. 6.

The event’s agenda on November 5 includes sessions on Digital Asset Treasury, Private Equity Meets Founder and Family-Owned Businesses, Private Equity in Florida Sports, Deep Diligence Across the Deal Cycle, and more. The day starts with registration and lunch at 12 pm and ends with a media industry panel.

On November 6, the agenda includes topics like Capital Markets Assessment, Crisis Management, IPO Preparation, and Contested M&A. The day starts at 1 pm with sessions on these critical subjects and concludes with a keynote fireside chat with Trian Fund Management’s Partner and Co-Investment Officer, Josh Frank.

The 5th CorpGov Forum will feature a lineup of distinguished speakers, including Michael Alford from Florida State University, Sher Baig from Cyber Salus, and Josh Frank from Trian Fund Management. Topics will range from governance to private equity and media industry deal-making.
