The California Public Utilities Commission issued a proposed decision related to the 2021 General Rate Case for California Water Service’s. This was in response to Cal Water’s 2021 General Rate Case, which was filed in July of 2021. Parties involved can submit comments on the proposals until February 13, 2024, and the Commission will consider the proposals on March 7, 2024. The final decision, when made, will be retroactive to January 1, 2023. More information is available on the CPUC’s website.
