This acquisition will increase Sword’s revenue by €15 million in 2026 with an EBITDA margin of approximately 11.5%. Full On Net will operate under the Sword brand, offering clients enhanced services backed by global resources. Founder David Martinez will become Managing Director of Full On Net. Sword Group, with over 3,500 IT/Digital specialists in 50+ countries, focuses on digital transformation and IT project management. Calendar dates include 2025 Q4 and annual revenue reports.
